Rebates up to $550 available.
Federal and Ontario Government Energy Rebates
Install a CAN/CSA-C448 compliant earth-energy system (ground or water source). Receive a federal grant of $4375 and the Provincial Government matches this grant for a total of $8750. Please note that only energy audits done prior March 31st, 2010. After this date, the rebate amount is $4375.

Heating on oil at a $1.20 a litre with a 2500 square Ft. house using four tanks of oil a year equals $4800.
Heating on electric with a 2500 square Ft. house equals $3750 a year.
Heating on natural gas with a 2500 square Ft. house equals $2250 a year.
